Your role
The Business Analyst plays a key role within the Supply Chain organization, directly supporting in delivering planning and operational objectives. This role requires strong experience in end‑to‑end supply chain processes - ideally around 5 years - including hands‑on exposure to Demand Planning. Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel are essential for managing and developing departmental reporting and business insights.
Your tasks
- Coordinate delivery of supply chain and planning objectives, ensuring alignment across SC functions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Operations).

Provide advanced analytical support based on solid supply chain knowledge.
- Act as the central source of supply chain data and business intelligence; ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of insights.
- Develop and enhance SC reports, dashboards, and tools using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Define analytical standards within the department and ensure consistent methodologies.

Coordinate prioritization across teams during supply disruptions; lead risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Track and report progress on mitigation actions to management.

Monitor key operational activities such as pre‑productions, tax‑driven actions, and windfall initiatives.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Supply Chain, including work in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
- Advanced Excel and strong Power BI proficiency - ability to transform complex supply chain data into actionable insights.
- Experience in anticipating supply chain issues and spotting improvement opportunities, combined with the ability to propose practical and actionable solutions.
- Skills in working independently and making timely decisions, supported by a strong willingness to drive initiatives forward and take ownership of outcomes.
- Skills in explaining complex planning topics clearly to both supply‑chain and non‑supply‑chain stakeholders, ensuring messages are easily understood.
- Experience in balancing priorities and resources across functions and skills in reaching aligned outcomes with internal and external partners.
- Skills in solving complex supply chain challenges through structured, end‑to‑end thinking and data‑driven reasoning.
