AI Product Solutions Manager

Your role

Considering the dynamic changes artificial intelligence is bringing to the business world, we are seeking an AI Product Solutions Manager to help our clients successfully step into the future. Working as a key individual contributor directly alongside the Head of AI and the sales team, you will transform advanced technologies into scalable production-ready solutions. The role involves shaping technical sales pipeline through in-depth client needs analysis, preparing proposals (RFI/RFP), and creating high-business-value prototypes (PoC).

Your tasks

• Partnering with sales teams during meetings with Polish corporate clients and key decision-makers. Understanding their business challenges and identifying areas where AI, data architecture, and system architecture can provide solutions.
• AI RFI & RFP: author the response for AI solutions RFIs and RFPs. Define the proposed AI architecture, data governance models, and implementation scope in clear, compelling language.
• Rapid Prototyping (PoCs): Designing and deploying rapid, engaging demonstrations that visually validate the technological feasibility and business value of AI for potential clients.
• Translate technical limitations/capabilities to non-technical business stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear system specs.

Your profile

• Mindset: Business-first, technology-enabled. Build AI to drive ROI, efficiency, or revenue.
• Technical Background: Solid foundational knowledge of data architectures, system integrations, and AI/ML spaces including modern GenAI.
• Hands-on Skills: Ability to prototype functional, client-facing PoCs quickly.
• Soft Skills: Native/professional fluency in Polish and professional fluency in spoken and written English. Exceptional presentation skills. Comfortable pitching to a C-suite executive and discuss AI with Technical experts.

Required skills and experience

7+ years of experience with expertise in :

• Production-scale AI deployment: Experience in designing and commercially launching scalable AI solutions, with active involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle—from ideation to production deployment.
• AI Expertise: Knowledge of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), deep learning, and generative AI (GenAI) - including LLM application architecture, agentic/multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines and API-based integrations in production-grade systems.
• Architectural Principles: solid understanding of modern design principles solution architecture, with a focus on scalability, modularity, and enterprise security.
• Market Context: Proven experience working directly with Polish corporate clients, stakeholders, or the local business ecosystem.
