YOUR TASKS

• Support AI initiatives in Finance data domain, contributing to best practices and scalability.
• Take part in designing and implementing modern AI solutions, including generative AI and LLM-based workflows across financial sector clients.
• Execute end-to-end testing of AI solutions and build agentic AI capabilities that enhance automation and decision support within financial processes.
• Analyse existing AI solutions from other areas and help identify components that can be reused in ongoing projects.
• Collaborating with sector SMEs to design and optimize data pipelines for AI training and inference. Participate in evaluating model quality and identifying opportunities for further improvement of model performance, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and iterative enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Deep awareness of the latest technology industry developments.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Excellent Python, and proficient SQL skills.
• AI expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning and model fine-tuning, MLOps.
• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field.
• Proven track record in GenAI / Agentic AI tools development.
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills being able to explain technical concepts to business SMEs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the banking, insurance or fin-tech sectors is a plus.
• Java, JavaScript/React is a plus.
• Infrastructure & automation tools (Terraform, GitHub CI/CD, Kubernetes, Snowflake; container orchestration as RedHat OpenShift).
• Familiarity with finance workflows (risk modelling, valuation, forecasting, regulatory compliance, fraud detection).
• Architecture design principles across IT systems experience.
