YOUR ROLE

• Define test strategies, test plans, and quality gates.
• Drive Shift-Left testing and Quality Engineering practices.
• Execute manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs.
• Build and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks.
• Perform performance testing and analyze bottlenecks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor team members and promote testing best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in test automation for web applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright (preferred), Selenium, Postman, and Karate DSL.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Gates within delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with TMAP and/or ISTQB methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is considered a plus.
