YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Writer, you will create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-focused technical documentation that supports products, processes, and end users. Working closely with engineers and subject matter experts, you will transform complex technical information into structured, easy-to-understand content while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with documentation standards throughout the content lifecycle.

What you can expect in this role:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, work instructions, and manuals.
Create and manage structured XML-based content using industry-standard authoring methodologies.
Produce and maintain DITA-compliant documentation across multiple deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update technical information.
Manage documentation within Windchill and Arbortext environments.
Conduct documentation reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content quality and usability.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Literature, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical writing, including the creation and maintenance of structured XML-based documentation.
Experience working with Arbortext and Windchill in a documentation or content management environment.
Knowledge of DITA authoring principles and documentation best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
