YOUR ROLE

You will support quality and compliance activities across pharmaceutical and medical device supply chain operations, ensuring the safe transportation, storage, and distribution of products throughout the supply network. Acting as a key quality representative, you will work closely with Quality, Logistics, Operations, and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

• Lead quality activities related to transportation, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical and medical device products;

• Ensure temperature-controlled products are handled, transported, and monitored according to quality and regulatory requirements;

• Support implementation and oversight of logistics and supply chain quality processes across multiple sites;

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and external providers to ensure compliance and operational excellence;

• Manage quality documentation, change controls, investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and supplier quality activities;

• Support audits, inspections, supplier qualifications, and quality agreement management;

• Monitor quality risks within transportation and distribution networks and drive effective corrective actions;

• Ensure business continuity, product integrity, and patient safety throughout the supply chain lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Operations within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries;

• Strong knowledge of GDP, GxP, transportation quality, cold chain management, and regulated supply chain environments;

• Experience ensuring proper storage, transportation, handling, and temperature monitoring of pharmaceutical or medical products;

• Solid understanding of quality systems, including CAPAs, Deviations, Investigations, Change Controls, Audits, Risk Management, and Supplier Quality processes;

• Experience working with logistics providers, distribution partners, warehouses, and external suppliers;

• Knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation and storage requirements for healthcare products;

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills;

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive quality and compliance initiatives;

• Strong communication and technical documentation skills;

• Professional proficiency in English.
