YOUR ROLE

In this role, you should expect to:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and FluentCommerce OMS solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations between OMS, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and mobile platforms.
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and system architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of commerce and OMS platforms.
• Stay current with platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in web and mobile development, with a strong focus on digital commerce and OMS.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, React Native, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and FluentCommerce.
• Strong understanding of system integration, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
