JOUR ROLE

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in tooling, you will play a crucial role in developing sophisticated mechanical solutions for high-tech manufacturing environments in the semiconductor industry. You'll work remotely from Portugal while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing complex mechanical tooling systems using NX CAD software and Team Center PLM
• Creating high-level concept designs that elegantly resolve conflicting requirements
• Conducting tolerance analysis and implementing GD&T principles to ensure precision
• Leading technical design reviews and providing mentorship to junior team members

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Siemens NX, CAD software and Team Center PLM or equivalent systems
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T principles
