YOUR ROLE

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure consistent ways of working
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Track team progress and promote continuous improvement
• Monitor and report progress through advanced metrics and data analytics
• Ensure effective and empathetic communication to maintain trust and high performance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to support team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing product backlogs and delivery planning.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC).
• Capability to support teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and TDD.
• Familiarity with software engineering terminology, processes, and workflows.
• Ability to track and interpret delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
• Strong skills in data analytics, metrics tracking, and reporting.
