YOUR ROLE

• Lead the administration and governance of the Power BI environment, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform.
• Define and enforce best practices for workspaces, datasets, reporting standards, lifecycle management, and platform governance.
• Manage and optimize Power BI Premium/Fabric capacities, gateways, data refresh processes, deployment pipelines, and data connectivity across hybrid environments.
• Implement and maintain robust security frameworks, including RBAC, RLS, OLS, access control, IAM best practices, and data protection policies.
• Monitor platform performance, usage, auditability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving capacity, performance, and data model issues.
• Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for complex incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Data Governance, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align platform standards and ensure compliance.
• Promote Power BI self-service adoption through training, workshops, enablement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations for data modeling, DAX optimization, visualization, and report design.
• Evaluate new Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities, driving continuous improvement in scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and user experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise Power BI environments.Strong expertise in Power BI Service, tenant administration, governance, and workspace management.
• Good knowledge of Power BI Desktop, DAX, data modeling, and SQL.
• Experience managing Power BI Premium/Fabric capacities, gateways, and data refresh processes.
• Strong understanding of security and access management, including Entra ID, RBAC, and RLS.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
