You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a leading European mobility services provider, headquartered in Germany and backed by nearly 90 years of expertise. As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
• Establish and scale the Tech Hub, including talent strategy, governance model, and operating framework.
• Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
• Lead and develop the executive leadership team.
• Act as the key interface between business, IT, and external partners, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure strong financial performance, budgeting, and cost management.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate governance requirements.
• Align with international standards and Group policies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and business analytics, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems and their business applications.
• Awareness of digital transformation and technology strategy.
• Experience with KPI tracking, reporting tools, and performance management.
• Skilled in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• In-depth understanding of IT delivery models.
• Experience in large-scale system implementations.
• Capability in technology organization design and scaling.
• Strong skills in vendor and partnership management.
