YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to customer data, segmentation, and loyalty program features;
  • Support the configuration and testing of Salesforce Data Cloud and Loyalty Management functionalities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between Salesforce and external systems;
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for loyalty program enhancements;
  • Help maintain dashboards and reports to monitor loyalty program performance and customer engagement;
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback on system functionality and user experience;
  • Support data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with data governance standards;
  • Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new features relevant to Data Cloud and Loyalty.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, especially Data Cloud and Loyalty Management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
