YOUR ROLE

• Act as Tech Lead in lubrication system and rotor locking system development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement optimized technical solutions.
• Verify rotor locking systems through testing and calculation methods.
• Implement rotor locking systems in a production environment.
• Conduct VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities to optimize costs without compromising performance.
• Participate in estimating the useful life of critical components.
• Monitor the performance of installed systems to reduce poor quality costs.
• Identify technical requirements based on high-level specifications.
• Define interfaces with other mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Design and specify components such as cylinders, manifolds, piping, and connections for extreme and fatigue loads.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in hydraulic systems and industrial lubrication.
• Analytical skills and mastery of technical calculation tools.
• Strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in technical English.
