YOUR ROLE

• Own and evolve the strategic and operational ownership of the Developer Portal, ensuring alignment with business, architecture, and security standards.
• Ensure roadmap and execution, including content structure, feature evolution, and continuous improvement of the portal.
• Define Standards for developer-facing documentation and guidance, including onboarding flows, golden paths, templates, and best practices exposed via the portal.
• Drive continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence,.
• Ensure platform compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support modernization initiatives and reduce duplication through reuse and standardization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Product & Platform Engineering Thinking (product development and management).
• Strong stakeholder management, working across business, IT, and delivery teams.
• Ability to define and communicate standards, principles, and best practices.
• Proven facilitation skills for workshops, design reviews, and onboarding sessions.
• Experience operating in Agile and scaled delivery environments.
• Capability to act as a bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring practical adoption.
• Strong documentation and architectural governance discipline.
• Developer Portal & Developer Experience expertise (internal developer portals, onboarding concepts, documentation standards, self‑service models). 
• Understanding of modern software development lifecycles (agile methodologies, tooling, architectural principles).
