As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

• Contributed to the development and operation of scalable, multi-tenant platforms with multiple integrations
   
• Supported delivery of product features aligned with business milestones and release timelines
   
• Assisted in the implementation and standardization of CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment reliability
   
• Contributed to cloud-based deployments and regional infrastructure setups, ensuring availability and compliance
   
• Monitored system reliability and supported incident resolution processes using SRE practices
   
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
   
• Participated in platform scaling initiatives, improving system performance and availability
   
• Supported onboarding of new services and integrations into existing platforms
   
• Contributed to continuous improvement of development workflows, automation, and engineering practices

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and production operations.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and system troubleshooting.
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience building frontend applications using React with TypeScript.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalents).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
