YOUR ROLE

  • Manage and maintain the existing integration between Ping AIC and Salesforce.
  • Ensure smooth operation of identity services across all connected applications.
  • Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Ensure proper handling of identity data between (A Ping ID comprou a ForgeRock (=Ping AIC), Salesforce, and downstream systems.
  • Enforce security best practices for identity management.
  • Provide technical support for identity-related incidents and escalations
  • Monitor and improve CIAM performance, scalability, and reliability.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Customer IAM Integration Engineer, or equivalent.
  • Experience of GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations.
  • Authentication and Authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • APIs (Rest).
  • Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (Formerly ForgeRock).
  • Integration with CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience in System migrations.
  • Knowledge of API-Led Connectivity.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in agile teams.
  • Self-driven, quality-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
