Your Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical leadership in control systems and structural loads. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional engineering programs focused on developing, validating, and delivering advanced control strategies that optimize performance and reduce structural loads.
This position bridges controls engineering, loads modeling, and project management, supporting innovations across platforms and new technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of development programs involving loads modeling, simulations, and control system design.
• Coordinate the integration of control systems into simulation environments and oversee validation campaigns.
• Guide teams in developing and maintaining load models, including structural, aerodynamic, and controller inputs.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, deliverables, risk registers, and resource plans across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Manage project budgets, reporting, timelines, and communication with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including loads engineers, control engineers, structural analysts, and field testing teams.

Your Profile

• Academic Background in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar.
• +3 years of experience in loads, controls, or simulation engineering, or in technical project management, preferably within energy/renewables.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are valued.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
