YOUR ROLE
Job Summary
The Salesforce Functional Analyst will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that the solutions implemented on the Salesforce platform meet the company's functional and strategic requirements. This professional will analyze processes, gather requirements, propose improvements, and monitor the implementation of solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Understand the needs of business areas and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce.
- Process Analysis: Map current processes and propose improvements aligned with platform best practices.
- Documentation: Create and maintain functional documentation, including flows, use cases, and specifications.
- Functional Configuration: Perform basic configurations in Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards).
- Testing and Validation: Support the definition of test scenarios, execute functional tests, and validate deliverables.
- Training and Support: Prepare materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a functional analyst or consultant on Salesforce projects.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, reports).
- Knowledge of documentation tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
Social Skills:
- Good communication and ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
- Analytical and solution-oriented profile.
Desirable:
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
