YOUR ROLE

  • Aligned AI initiatives with business unit roadmaps, ensuring cohesive strategy execution and maximum impact. 
  • Gathered, evaluated, and translated business requirements into a prioritized AI roadmap, backlog, and Agile delivery plan.
  • Managed stakeholder communication and led steering committees, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Acted as SPOC for key AI initiatives, driving successful deployment, integration, and continuous improvement - Led onboarding and enablement efforts, delivering training and best practices to support adoption across teams.
  • Provided hands-on support and troubleshooting, monitoring incidents and service requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Designed KPI dashboards and performance reporting (e.g., Power BI) and monitored SLAs to drive service quality and insights.
  • Ability to organize complex projects and multiple activities, been able to translate stakeholder requirements into a detailed working level plan, by considering prioritization, availability of resources and dependencies on other teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment;Passion and enthusiasm for AI and its potential impact on business and society. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts (models, pipelines, lifecycle).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms concepts.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and portfolio management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loop).
  • Good understanding of Software Development life-cycle and ways of working of technical teams.
  • Ability to track and interpret delivery, quality, and performance metrics. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • High adaptability in fast‑evolving AI environments.
  • Focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
