Your role
You will have full ownership of projects from start to end and support the team to provide design development processes towards our client. 
We are seeking a highly motivated person who will work with cross functional teams to drive our industry development projects. We think you have the passion and ability to run projects, and you are someone who dares and can make decisions with the habit of working in a global context. This position comes with expectations of independence and responsibility to manage your own scope and you have a lot of freedom to structure your own workdays as long as it contributes to excellent delivery and business opportunities. 

A part of the role is also to see and manage opportunities that you identify within your deliveries.

Qualifications
•    University degree in engineering with domain experience in HVDC or Grid business 
•    Good knowledge of product development processes and project models, preferably Certified Project Manager or PMP® Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
•    Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
•    Good technical knowledge in product development process
•    Preferable experience with international teams and/or R&D
•    Fluent in English and Swedish
