To further strengthen our investment in Västerås, we are currently searching for a HVDC Expert. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of technical projects, as well as supporting requests for quotes (RFQs) and bids for major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and provide expertise in HVDC technology and high voltage systems for technical projects, providing consulting services in our clients projects. Projects can vary from engineering, project management and system engineering.
• Act as the subject matter expert, offering technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders working with technical requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering design, testing, and validation of HVDC systems.
• Support the development of RFQs, bids, and proposals for HVDC projects, ensuring technical feasibility and competitiveness.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance evaluation, and optimization for HVDC systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards in HVDC and high voltage solutions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in HVDC systems and HV solutions.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, power electronics, and control systems.
• Proven experience in project management and participation in bid and RFQ processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to details
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
