YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Teamcenter Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Teamcenter PLM solutions for our clients. Based in Eindhoven, you will be expected to work onsite nearby Antwerp approximately 25% of the time, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. 

In this role you will play a key role in: 

• Developing and configuring Teamcenter applications using Java, C++, Mendix and ensuring optimal performance and functionality. 
• Providing first-line training and technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions. 
• Conducting root cause analysis for system issues and implementing preventive measures to enhance system stability. 
• Configuring and optimizing workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. 
• Developing and maintaining interfaces between Teamcenter and other business systems (CAD, email, logistics, ERP, etc.). 

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter application development including Active Workspace configuration. 
• Strong expertise in Java, C++, Mendix is a plus. 
• Proven experience in PLM system configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise applications in IT/OT. 
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for complex technical issues. 
• Strong understanding of workflow configuration and optimization in Teamcenter environments. 
• Experience with server-side programming and API development for PLM systems. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong communication skills in Dutch with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
