Are you the kind of engineering leader who sees AI as a strategic capability across the entire technology landscape? As an AI Engineering Lead at Blue Harvest, you operate at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI, and cloud platforms, driving end-to-end solutions for leading financial institutions. You will define technical direction across domains, guide multiple teams, and help organizations adopt AI-native engineering practices that create measurable business value.

In this role you will be working on:

• Defining and driving the technical vision for enterprise-scale AI, data, application, and platform engineering initiatives
• Designing and overseeing AI-native architectures, including LLM-powered solutions, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, cloud platforms, and integration layers
• Acting as a hands-on technical authority by reviewing designs, prototyping critical components, and supporting engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring senior engineers, architects, and technical leads while strengthening engineering excellence across the organization
• Partnering with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into technology strategies and implementation roadmaps
• Identifying opportunities to create business value through AI innovation and supporting the development of new propositions, offerings, and strategic partnerships
• Driving thought leadership through knowledge sharing, community building, conference speaking, and engineering standards
• Fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across teams and domains.
