YOUR PROFILE
You are a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in dynamic, client-focused environments. You bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related commercial or technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in client engagement, business development, or strategic sales within life sciences, medical, chemical, or food sectors.
- A proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and influence at senior levels.
- Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery models.
- A proactive, consultative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Client Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will lead and grow strategic accounts in the Life Sciences sector. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, co-creating impactful solutions and delivering long-term value for clients and Capgemini alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position Capgemini Engineering as a strategic partner at the CxO level, leading complex, high-value engagements.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with decision-makers across medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific domains.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives aligned with client goals in innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities by aligning Capgemini’s engineering and R&D capabilities with evolving market needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global delivery centers, fostering alignment, accountability, and excellence.
- Stay informed on trends and challenges in the Life Sciences and MedTech landscape.
