YOUR ROLE
As a true Scrum Master, you are the driving force behind a successful Scrum team in a software or hardware engineering environment. You help teams grow in productivity and maturity through servant leadership and inclusive collaboration.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile best practices.
- Coach product owners on breaking down work packages into manageable stories.
- Support individuals and teams in achieving shared goals efficiently.
- Continuously improve team performance through Agile methodologies.
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for a Scrum Master who:
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus and has at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical industry.
- Is a servant leader who not only facilitates but actively improves team dynamics using best practices.
- Has a PSM1 Professional Scrum Master certification. SAFe certification and experience with Jira are a plus.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch and English.
- Motivates teams in a positive, inclusive, and constructive manner.
