Salesforce Senior Developer
Experience: 6–10 Years Salesforce Experience
Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform
development, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, integrations, and CRM transformation
initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while
collaborating with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1 Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform
Events.
2 Develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
3 Support Agentforce implementations including AI-driven automations and customer
engagement solutions.
4 Participate in Legacy-to-Salesforce CRM migration initiatives.
5 Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi.
6 Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and reusable framework components.
7 Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
8 Support CI/CD, release management, and deployment activities.
9 Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to deliver business-aligned solutions.
10 Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, Financial
Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Data Migration,
CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Agile.
Good to Have
Siebel-to-Salesforce migration experience, Salesforce Data Cloud exposure, Financial Services
domain experience, AI-enabled CRM solutions, and enterprise CRM transformation experience.
Mandatory Requirements
1 6–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
2 Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
3 Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
4 Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce.
5 Experience in Legacy-to-Salesforce migration projects.
6 Strong REST/SOAP integration experience.
7 Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
8 Experience working in Agile projects.
9 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate or AI
Specialist, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accreditation.
