Are you passionate about transforming customer experiences through Salesforce? As a Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant, you will help leading financial institutions modernize their customer engagement processes using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered CRM capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that client requirements are translated into scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value.

In this role you will be working on:

• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions for financial services organizations
• Leading workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to define future-state customer journeys and CRM processes
• Implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities, including Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries
• Supporting Agentforce adoption by defining and implementing AI-driven customer service and advisor use cases
• Contributing to large-scale CRM transformation and Legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs, including process mapping, data validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborating with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Working within Agile and SAFe environments, actively participating in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies
• Helping clients maximize the value of Salesforce, AI, and digital transformation initiatives

You Have:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Experience with CRM transformation programs and Legacy-to-Salesforce migration initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and business analysis skills
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments
• You understand the opportunities, limitations, and impact of AI solutions such as Agentforce within customer-facing processes

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist
• Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
• SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe POPM
