Salesforce CRM Technical Architect

Are you passionate about designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions that transform customer experiences? As a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect at Blue Harvest, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems for leading financial institutions. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, helping clients modernize legacy landscapes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock business value through Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

In this role you will be working on:

• Designing scalable, secure, and future-proof Salesforce CRM solutions using Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce capabilities
• Leading enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation and legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs, including architecture, data migration, integration, and deployment strategies
• Architecting customer-centric Financial Services Cloud solutions using Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries
• Defining integration strategies across enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP services, MuleSoft, Boomi, and other middleware technologies
• Providing technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce best practices
• Driving AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities through Agentforce and Salesforce AI innovations
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to align business objectives with technical solutions
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements including GDPR, KYC, AML, and enterprise governance standards.

You Have:

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud implementations
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered CRM capabilities
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Data Cloud, security models, and enterprise integrations
• Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation and legacy modernization programs
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage both business and technical leadership
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to deliver innovative customer experiences
