YOUR ROLE

As a Program Manager (Delivery Manager) at Capgemini Engineering, you'll be the strategic connector between our organization and our clients. You'll guide a portfolio of projects, nurture high-level client relationships, and foster business growth. Your expertise will be vital in resolving complex challenges and ensuring project success at the highest level.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Building and maintaining relationships with senior management of our clients, facilitating project renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Driving the transformation of client projects to innovative delivery models, including flexible near-shore and offshore solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting project managers to execute projects effectively and collaboratively.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and continuously enhancing quality standards.
• Partnering with the Capgemini account team to drive strategic business development.
• Overseeing contractual and financial performance, including inclusive resource allocation decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You bring significant experience in engineering, preferably in high-tech or engineering environments.
• You enjoy navigating complex, international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• You excel at translating client needs into effective solution strategies.
• You're comfortable communicating in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You're skilled at building networks and prioritizing effectively.
• You have a good understanding of financial principles.
• You have or are willing to work towards an IPMA C certification or similar.
