What you'll be working on as a Management Consultant - Financial Services

As a Management Consultant within Capgemini Financial Services, you help banks, insurers, pension administrators, and regulators navigate an increasingly complex and fast-changing environment. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful transformation across risk, compliance, operational excellence, ESG, and digital innovation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you help organizations become more agile, resilient, and future-ready.

In this role you will be working on:

• Designing and implementing target operating models across governance, processes, data, and technology.
• Leading transformation programs in Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG, and Digital Innovation
• Conducting gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans while translating findings into practical roadmaps
• Leveraging AI, Data, and RegTech innovations to solve client challenges and improve business performance
• Building trusted advisory relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Coaching and mentoring junior consultants while helping to strengthen our Financial Services practice.

Your profile

You have:

• A completed Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field with 4-7 years of consulting experience within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change, and Digital Transformation
• Experience driving organizational change and engaging senior stakeholders, strong business development capabilities and a broad understanding of market developments
• Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is considered a plus. The ability to apply innovative technologies, including AI and data-driven solutions, to business challenges
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to work more efficiently.
