YOUR ROLE
As an MES Engineer at Capgemini, you will work on transforming production environments into smart factories. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that enable real-time data processing, automation, and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements and develop IT documentation for MES systems.
- Developing manufacturing recipes following ISA95 standards to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Designing interfaces between MES and ERP systems to improve data flow and operational coordination.
- Leading and managing teams within our Digital Engineering unit to ensure successful project delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in MES, Historian systems, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), with a strong understanding of batch processes and data integration.
- Experience with PAS-X modeling, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and understand client needs.
- Ability to work on complex technical systems, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving, with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
