Your home at Capgemini

The intern will join our Group IT UX department, a diverse team spread across Sweden, the USA, India, the UK, Austria, and the Netherlands. We mainly work in a remote-first environment, collaborating across time zones and cultures, with your supervisor available online and in person every second week for direct guidance. You will join our global Group IT UX department. We work primarily in a remote-first environment, with your supervisor available online and on-site every second week to guide you in person. Must-haves:

  • Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psycology, Business IT, or similar)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written), as it is the main working language
  • Availability for a full-time internship (32–40 hours per week)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Interest in UX, design, and/or AI-driven innovation
