Enterprise Resilience Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Enterprise Resilience consultant (3–6 years’ experience) to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in advising and guiding clients to design and implement automated solutions that aim to address the risks related to digitalization of assets, security, third party-risk dependencies and regulatory compliance strategies. These automated solutions are to ensure that the IT/OT Landscape remains resilient and aligned with industry standards and evolving regulations.
Hours: 32–40
Work location: Utrecht, flexible working
Experience level: 3-6 years of experience
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Resilience, IT Audit, IT Risk Management or IT/OT Security, preferably at a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of (IT) Risk Management and security principles, including industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with IT auditing tools and methodologies, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Experience in conducting internal or external IT/security audits to assess compliance with regulatory standards and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, NIS2 or IEC62443.
• In-depth understanding of IT compliance requirements, especially within financial services and/or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance and advisory services to clients on Enterprise Resilience, and automation possibilities.
• Conduct IT risk assessments, identify critical digital assets and develop tailored risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct third party risk assessments in the digital landscape of our clients.
• Utilize auditing and AI tools and techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes.
• Perform IT assessments to assess and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed the advice and automated solutions in a sustainable way.
The Ideal Candidate
• Enthusiastic about helping build and grow the Enterprise Resilience team.
• Holds a Master in Security, Information Technology, Criminology, or Business Administration.
• Certified in Risk, Compliance, or Security (e.g. RE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
• Dutch speaking (B1) or higher and English at C1 level or higher.
• Proven track record in Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective team player with leadership and project management capabilities.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends
