Are you passionate about the next generation of AI systems? As an Agentic AI Engineer at Capgemini, you will design and develop advanced AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, decision-making, and execution. You will work on innovative client projects where Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures are transforming the way organizations operate and create value. Working closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, architects, and product teams, you will deliver robust AI solutions from concept to production.

 

In this role you will be working on:

• Designing and developing Agentic AI solutions that can autonomously reason, plan, and execute complex tasks
• Building and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures that enhance AI agents with enterprise knowledge and external information sources 
• Developing multi-agent systems and communication frameworks that enable agents to collaborate and solve business challenges efficiently 
• Integrating leading AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and cloud-native services, into enterprise environments 
• Collaborating with data scientists, AI specialists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions 
• Applying software engineering, DevOps, governance, security, and compliance best practices to production-grade AI systems 
• Contributing to innovation initiatives and helping clients unlock business value through the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.

You Have:

 

• Proven experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions, preferably within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and platforms such as OpenAI, LLaMA, or Amazon Bedrock 
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agent design patterns
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies 
• Experience with Python, Java, C#, or similar software development technologies, combined with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure 
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to work more efficiently 
  
  

Preferred experience:

• Experience with multi-agent communication frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
