Our team will consist out of a mix of seniority and specialisms: strategists, designers, CX-tech experts, data scientists and vibe-coders.

What you do


As a Manager in the Platforms & Prototypes team you own delivery and value realisation for our MarTech and CX-Tech engagements. You orchestrate multidisciplinary squads, lead delivery of projects and act as the trusted advisor who bridges C-suite ambition, customer value and composable technology.


• Lead discovery through scale-up: futurecasting CX, frame business cases, design capability roadmaps and advise on CX/MarTech/AI platforms like Adobe, Salesforce or Google.
• Co-create and launch new data-driven digital propositions: from loyalty schemes to D2C subscriptions. Validating hypotheses through rapid MVPs and in-market experiments.
• Drive Gen-AI adoption: prioritise use-cases, govern data ethics & GDPR, and embed real-time decisioning into marketing, sales and service journeys.
• Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts and protect margin while delivering measurable customer and business impact.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants; cultivate a learning culture centred on experimentation, inclusivity and innovation in the eco-digital era.

Project examples:

• Re-think personalization powered by a state-of-the-art MarTech stack for a Dutch retail brand.
• Designing a Gen-AI-native operating model for a global B2B manufacturer’s marketing organisation.
• Designing, implementing and scaling a multi-cloud MarTech stack that supports pan-EU customer journeys in financial services.

How to succeed:

You bring a clear point of view on customer data and digital strategy, with the ability to navigate complex client environments. You’re equally comfortable shaping a concept, structuring an AI-powered strategy, or facilitating a workshop. Our ideal candidate has:


• 6-10+ years of experience in leading projects and programmes on CX, MarTech, loyalty, data strategy, AI/GenAI, or digital transformation
• A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence or similar
• Experience in working with Martech or CXtech stacks like Adobe, Salesforce or Google.
• Previous consulting or digital agency experience is a strong plus
• Experience in managing project workstreams, structuring analysis, and owning client deliverables
• Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, or similar strategic methodologies
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
• A passion for coaching others, guiding junior colleagues in delivery
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• A professional attitude towards clients
• An excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus
• The flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands
• A plus is experience in customer journey mapping and optimization, design thinking, user research, marketing activation and/or project management.
