UI/UX Manager

The Opportunity

As a UI/UX Manager for Neo within the Global Delivery Center, you will play a central role in shaping the user experience of Capgemini’s newly launched Group wide AI platform. Neo is a strategic initiative, and this role ensures that user experience is delivered in a consistent, structured, and high quality manner across all platform features.
You will sit at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, coordinating UX delivery at scale. By structuring workflows, aligning priorities, and ensuring design readiness for implementation, you will help ensure that Neo delivers a coherent, intuitive, and impactful user experience as it continues to evolve.

Your Role

As UI/UX Manager for Neo, you will be responsible for orchestrating end to end UX delivery across the platform. You will ensure that design work is well structured, aligned to product priorities, and delivered with the quality and consistency required for large scale implementation.
In this role, you will:
•    Coordinate and plan all UI/UX activities related to new features entering the Neo platform
•    Ensure consistency, usability, and quality of UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
•    Translate feature intake and product requirements into clear UX deliverables and structured design workstreams
•    Structure and govern the design to development workflow, ensuring smooth collaboration with frontend and platform engineering teams
•    Act as a central point of contact between product, UX, engineering, and change & communication teams
•    Leverage feedback loops from stakeholders and users to continuously refine UX decisions
•    Support the evolution and adoption of UX standards, design systems, and best practices across Neo
•    Contribute to a scalable, sustainable UX delivery model aligned with Neo’s long term roadmap

Your Profile

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
•    Proven experience coordinating or managing UI/UX delivery in digital, platform, or product driven environments
•    Strong understanding of user centered design principles, design systems, and UX governance models
•    Hands on experience with modern design tools such as Figma, including components, libraries, and interactive prototypes
•    Ability to work cross functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and change & communication teams
•    Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing multiple parallel UX workstreams
