職務内容
大規模SAPトランスフォーメーションにおける**全体アーキテクチャ統括（Architecture Authority）**として、横断的に全ワークストリームをリードするシニアアーキテクトを募集します。ファイナンス、燃料サプライチェーン、アセット管理、人事、トレーディング、アナリティクス、インテグレーション、基盤など、複数領域の設計整合と品質担保を担います。
【主な業務】
• 複数年にわたるSAPトランスフォーメーションにおける、全体ソリューションアーキテクトとしての統括
• S/4HANA、BTP、インターフェース、セキュリティ、データ、クラウド基盤を含むエンドツーエンドアーキテクチャの定義・維持
• Architecture Review BoardやDesign Authorityの運営、クロスファンクショナルな設計調整のリード
• グローバルテンプレートの整合性維持、設計標準の遵守徹底、ワークストリーム間の設計乖離防止
• インテグレーション、データ品質、性能、その他複雑な問題の技術的解決を支援
• クライアントのEnterprise Architecture組織と協働し、将来像（To-Beアーキテクチャ）とロードマップを策定
• 日本・インド・APAC・欧州などの技術リードを指導し、均一な品質基準の徹底を推進
• パフォーマンス、スケーラビリティ、拡張性、保守性向上のためのベストプラクティスを提案
応募条件
【必須】
• SAPソリューションアーキテクトとして15年以上の経験
• 大規模グローバルSAP導入におけるプログラムレベルアーキテクト/チーフアーキテクト経験
• FI/CO、MM/SD、PP、PM、EWM、TRM等の主要モジュール横断の深い知識
• API、ミドルウェア、SAP BTPを含むインテグレーションのエキスパート
• データアーキテクチャ、MDG、セキュリティ/権限、クラウド基盤への深い理解
• アーキテクチャガバナンスを運営し、ワークストリーム間の設計衝突を解決した経験
• CxOや事業部門を巻き込んだ高度なコミュニケーション力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語（必須）

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect to serve as the Architecture Authority for a large‑scale SAP transformation program, providing cross‑functional leadership across all workstreams.
This role is responsible for ensuring design alignment and quality across multiple domains including Finance, Fuel Supply Chain, Asset Management, HR, Trading, Analytics, Integration, and Infrastructure.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Lead as the overall solution architect for a multi‑year SAP transformation program.
• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end architecture, including S/4HANA, BTP, interfaces, security, data, and cloud infrastructure.
• Operate Architecture Review Boards and Design Authority forums, and lead cross‑functional design alignment.
• Maintain global template consistency, enforce design standards, and prevent design deviations across workstreams.
• Support technical resolution of complex issues related to integration, data quality, performance, and other technical challenges.
• Collaborate with the client’s Enterprise Architecture organization to define the future-state (To‑Be) architecture and roadmap.
• Guide and mentor technical leads across Japan, India, APAC, and Europe to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Recommend best practices to enhance performance, scalability, extensibility, and maintainability.
Candidate Requirements
【Must-have】
• 15+ years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect
• Experience serving as a Program‑level Architect / Chief Architect in large‑scale global SAP implementations
• Deep cross‑functional knowledge of major modules such as FI/CO, MM/SD, PP, PM, EWM, TRM, etc.
• Expertise in integration including APIs, middleware, and SAP BTP
• Strong understanding of data architecture, MDG, security/authorization, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience operating architecture governance and resolving design conflicts across workstreams
• Advanced communication skills, including engagement with CxO‑level and business stakeholders
• Business‑level proficiency in both Japanese and English (required)
【Nice to have】
• Experience in utilities, energy trading, or asset‑intensive industries
• Experience with Central Finance, data migration strategy, or analytics platform modernization
• Experience managing multi‑vendor environments and large‑scale offshore delivery
