世界最大級のエネルギー企業を対象とした、複数年・多国展開のSAP S/4HANAトランスフォーメーションをリードする、経験豊富なSAPプログラムディレクターを募集します。
**本ポジションは、100名以上から成るグローバルSAP導入プログラムの統括経験、多様なステークホルダーを束ねるリーダーシップ、複数ベンダー環境での実行力が求められます。
【主な業務】
• 大規模SAP S/4HANAトランスフォーメーションのエンドツーエンドデリバリー統括（ビジネス、IT、グローバルロールアウト）
• プログラムガバナンスの確立および推進（SteerCo報告、リスク/課題管理、スコープ管理、財務管理）
• Capgemini・SAP・ハイパースケーラー・クライアント等、マルチベンダー環境のマネジメント
• ファイナンス、サプライチェーン、発電、トレーディング等、事業・地域横断のワークストリーム整合をリード
• アーキテクチャ整合性、インテグレーションガバナンス、テンプレート遵守など、品質保証の全体責任
• CxOクラスを含む経営層との対話および意思決定支援、エスカレーション管理
• 日本、インド、APAC、欧州など多国籍チームのPM/PMO/デリバリーメンバーの育成・指導
応募条件
【必須】
• SAPプロジェクトマネジメントで10年以上の経験、Program Manager / Director経験
• 複数地域・100名以上のグローバルSAPプログラムを1件以上リードした実績
• SAP S/4HANAアーキテクチャ、標準化/ローカライズ、グローバルテンプレートに関する深い理解
• ガバナンス、財務管理、リスク管理、ベンダーマネジメントの豊富な実務経験
• CxOレベルへの説明・交渉を含む高度なステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• 日本とグローバル双方のチームと協働できる文化適応力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語

Job Discription
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a multi‑year, multi‑country SAP S/4HANA transformation program for one of the world’s largest energy companies.
This position requires proven leadership in overseeing global SAP implementation programs of 100+ members, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to execute in a multi‑vendor environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Business, IT, Global Rollout)
• Establish and drive program governance (SteerCo reporting, risk/issue management, scope management, financial management)
• Manage multi‑vendor environments including Capgemini, SAP, hyperscalers, and client teams
• Lead alignment across cross‑functional and cross‑regional workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Power Generation, Trading, etc.)
• Take overall responsibility for quality assurance, including architectural consistency, integration governance, and template adherence
• Engage with executive stakeholders, including CxO‑level, and support key decision‑making and escalation management
• Mentor and develop PM/PMO/delivery team members across Japan, India, APAC, and Europe
Candidate Requirements
【Must-have】
• 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with proven experience as a Program Manager / Program Director
• Track record of leading at least one global SAP program with 100+ members across multiple regions
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, standardization/localization, and global template governance
• Extensive hands-on experience in governance, financial management, risk management, and vendor management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication and negotiation with CxO-level executives
• Cultural adaptability to collaborate effectively with both Japan-based and global teams
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
【Nice to Have】
• Experience in the energy, utilities, manufacturing, or trading industries
• Experience with RISE with SAP implementation
• Experience leading projects for Japanese companies or in the Japanese market
