Salesforce Senior BA

Job Description

Role Overview
Salesforce Senior BA at onshore for Insurance client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, with a strong understanding of insurance workflows and customer engagement models.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures), LWC, and Apex.
• Collaborate with onshore architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate insurance-specific requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills
• Proven experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScripts.
• Strong command of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with insurance domain processes such as policy management, claims, underwriting, and customer service.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer).
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) for Insurance.
• Exposure to data migration and performance tuning in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
