Responsibilities:
Location: Toronto Canada
Experience: 8–12 years
Industry: Banking and Financial Services
- Conduct requirement gathering and analysis through workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize the backlog and sequence the implementation.
- Author and groom user stories, identify dependencies, and sequence work production.
- Perform impact analysis of change requests on existing business processes and advise on fitment.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story grooming.
- Provide demos to Product Owners and stakeholders for final sign-off.
- Assist in the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams.
- Stay updated on new CRM releases and educate end-users on CRM functions.
- Perform system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct application-level testing to certify new features.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement with expertise in Banking and Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
- Experience in integration architecture, including MS CRM integrations with third-party systems via Middleware tools (MuleSoft), REST APIs, ODATA Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization, using out-of-the-box (OOB) and third-party tools (preferably Azure Data Factory).
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM data import process, workflows, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration.
- Ability to prepare use case diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and process flows in Visio.
- Experience in writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs.
- Strong analytical skills for data validation and CRM configuration rules.
- Experience in testing processes, including system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
