SAP PTP Lead（Procure-to-Pay領域）

• PTP領域（MM、Ariba、SRMなど）における業務要件定義とソリューション設計
• Fit/Gap分析の実施と標準化推進購買・調達プロセス（購買依頼、発注、入荷、請求、支払）の最適化
• ベンダー管理・サプライヤーポータル連携の設計
• 統合テスト・ユーザートレーニングの計画・実施
• プロジェクトマネージャーや他領域リード（OTC、FI、WMなど）との連携
• グローバル標準モデルの定着に向けたクライアントとの調整・推進
• 海外拠点との英語でのコミュニケーション、ステークホルダーマネジメント

必須

• SAP PTP領域（MM、Ariba、SRMなど）の導入・運用経験（7年以上）
• Fit/Gap分析、業務要件定義、ソリューション設計の経験
• 購買・調達プロセスに関する深い理解
• 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• プロジェクトリードまたはサブリード経験
• 海外拠点やグローバルチームとの協業経験

尚可

• 自動車業界または製造業でのSAP導入経験
• AribaやSRMなどのクラウドソリューション経験
• グローバル標準化プロジェクトの経験
• ITIL、PMPなどのプロジェクト管理資格
• プロセス改善や自動化の提案・実装経験

Must

• Experience in SAP PTP domain (MM, Ariba, SRM, etc.) implementation and operations (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience in Fit/Gap analysis, business requirements definition, and solution design
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoicing, payment)
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Proven experience as a project lead or sub-lead
• Experience collaborating with global teams or overseas stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

• SAP implementation experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Experience with Ariba or SRM cloud solutions
• Participation in global standardization projects
• Certifications such as ITIL or PMP
• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
