Role Overview

As a Business Consultant for our insurance-related projects, primarily in the life and non-life insurance sectors, you will support clients in areas such as project management, strategy development, and project execution planning.

 

Key Responsibilities (Examples)

  • Account management
  • Project management (including schedule management, issue management, and risk management)
  • Reporting to Steering Committees
  • Project strategy development
  • Execution planning (e.g., PoC, requirements definition, testing, migration, and training)
  • Liaising with clients and our overseas offices

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects (either development or PMO)
  • Experience preparing management-level reports and presentation materials
  • Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English
  • (Manager level and above) Experience managing projects involving three or more team members
  • (Manager level and above) Experience launching or initiating projects

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • End-to-end experience in system development projects, from requirements definition through testing, migration, and production release
  • Project management experience in large-scale projects involving more than 50 stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English
  • Experience in insurance operations and/or insurance-related projects
