Pega Lead System Architect

Job Description

BPM Experience: 10+ years of experience in working as a BPM Pega Lead Architect with Pega project experience in Lead role.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business solution strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives
• Defining the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities
• Working with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture
• Reviewing deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives
• Managing the integration requirements across different systems
• Working closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phase
• Developing the agenda of the workshops and working sessions
• Guiding the team through the implementation from design to deployment of a solution

Experience/Expertise:

• Provides technical leadership of the development in Pega and along with complete hands-on expertise.
• Fluent in Japanese and English Language – in order to hold fluent conversations with business & IT stakeholders in Japan.
• Leads quality checking and improves overall testing.
• Prevents/catches errors/defects going into QA - reduce defect rate.
• Prevents/eliminates production errors with production releases with forethought in how bug fixes and enhancements impact other application functionality.
• Technical capability to lead development of brand new workflows.
• Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) certified.
• Provide the technical thought leadership in Pega design, knowledgeable with latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities in Pega; and also offers alternatives incorporating best practices.
• Validates and challenge user stories as well as provide expertise to more accurately point user stories.
