職務内容 / Role and Responsibility

キャップジェミニのPBS部門では、SAPを中心としたグローバルERP導入・展開支援を通じて、お客様のDX推進を支援しています。今回、第二新卒（社会人経験3年以内）を対象に、未経験からSAPコンサルタントとしてのキャリアをスタートできるポジションを募集します。グローバルプロジェクトに携わる機会も多く、言語・文化・時差の壁を越えた高度なプロジェクトマネジメント力を身につけることができます。
本人の希望・適性・これまでの経験を踏まえ、FICO・SDMMなどのファンクショナル領域やSAP_PMOなどの管理領域でのキャリア構築を支援します。

・SAP ERP導入・展開プロジェクトにおける業務支援
・要件定義、設計、テスト、トレーニング、運用保守などの各フェーズへの参画
・海外拠点との連携を含むグローバルプロジェクトへの参画機会あり
・チームメンバーやクライアントとのコミュニケーションを通じた課題解決
・将来的にはファンクショナルコンサルタント（FICO、SDMM等）またはPMOとしての専門性を確立

At Capgemini’s PBS (People & Business Services) division, we support our clients’ digital transformation through global ERP implementation and rollout projects, with a strong focus on SAP solutions. We are now hiring for a position that allows recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of work experience to start a career as an SAP Consultant—even without prior SAP experience.

This role offers numerous opportunities to work on global projects, enabling you to develop advanced project management skills that transcend language, cultural, and time-zone barriers. Based on your interests, aptitude, and prior experience, we will support your career development in functional areas such as FICO or SD/MM, or in management roles such as SAP PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP ERP implementation and rollout projects
• Participate in various phases, including requirements definition, design, testing, training, and operations/maintenance
• Engage in global projects involving collaboration with overseas teams
• Solve challenges through communication with team members and clients
• Build expertise to become a functional consultant (e.g., FICO, SD/MM) or a PMO specialist in the future

必須
・4年制大学卒業以上
・社会人経験3年以内
・IT・コンサルティング未経験歓迎
・基本的なビジネスマナーと高いコミュニケーション能力
・論理的思考力、課題解決力
・新しい領域への学習意欲と柔軟性

尚可
・日英バイリンガル（TOEIC800点以上目安）海外留学・海外勤務経験
・会計領域の知識・経験（簿記資格、経理業務経験など）
・物流・販売・購買などSDMM領域に関連する業務経験（営業事務、在庫管理、受発注業務など
・チームでの業務経験

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Up to 3 years of professional work experience
• No prior experience in IT or consulting required
• Basic business etiquette and strong communication skills
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn new domains and adaptability
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Japanese-English bilingual proficiency (TOEIC score of 800+ as a guideline), overseas study or work experience
• Knowledge or experience in accounting (e.g., bookkeeping certification, accounting operations)
• Experience related to SD/MM domains such as logistics, sales, or procurement (e.g., sales administration, inventory management, order processing)
• Experience working in a team environment
