国内最大級クラスの総合スーパーマーケットチェーン向けSAP IS‑Retail/SAP S/4HANA Retail 導入・刷新プロジェクトにおいて、食品小売業界特有の業務(MD、価格、補充、店舗運営、POS/物流連携等)に対する深い業務理解を持つSME(Subject Matter Expert)として、要件定義〜To‑Be業務設計をリードいただくポジションです。

職務内容

【主な業務】

1. 小売(食品スーパー)業務の整理・リード

  • 食品スーパー特有の業務論点整理

    (MD構成、定番・特売運用、日配補充、廃棄・欠品考慮 等)

  • 本部主導業務と店舗裁量業務の切り分け整理

  • SKU単位・店舗単位・日次運用を前提とした要件整理

2. SAP Retail 業務設計・Fit/Gap

  • SAP IS‑Retail/S/4HANA Retail における Fit/Gap 分析

  • To‑Be 業務プロセス設計

    (MD、価格、補充、在庫、店舗運営)

  • SAP標準を前提としつつ、日本型食品小売に適用する設計判断

3. Retailマスタ/業務ルール設計

  • Article、Assortment、Listing、Site 等の Retailマスタ設計

  • SKU・店舗・期間・価格条件を考慮した設計

  • 定番・特売・季節商品・終売を見越したライフサイクル考慮

4. 補充・価格・在庫・POS連携設計

  • 自動/半自動補充を前提とした補充ロジック整理

  • 日次価格変更・特売を考慮した価格設計

  • POS、WMS 等との連携における業務/データ整合性整理

5. 周辺領域・後続工程支援

  • 他モジュール(MM/SD/SCM/Finance)とのインテグレーション整理

  • テスト、データ移行、ユーザートレーニングにおける業務観点支援

  • 現場業務への影響を踏まえた切替・運用定着支援

応募条件

【必須】

  • SAP IS‑Retail または SAP S/4HANA Retail の導入経験
  • 小売業務(マーチャンダイジング、価格、補充、店舗運営 等)に関する深い知識
  • 要件定義〜業務/システム設計フェーズを主導した経験
  • 「システム設計」だけでなく実運用・現場業務を考慮した業務設計ができる方
  • 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

【尚可】

  • 大規模食品スーパー/総合スーパー向け SAP 導入経験
  • 日配・生鮮・惣菜・PB など高回転商材の業務理解
  • POS、WMS、需要予測、MD計画など小売周辺システムの理解
  • SAP S/4HANA ロジ領域(MM/SD/SCM)に関する知識
  • 英語力(グローバル連携)

Position Overview

This role serves as the Retail business authority within SAP implementation projects, ensuring that system design decisions are grounded in the realities of large‑scale food supermarket operations and can be executed reliably by both head office and store teams.

Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities

1.Retail Business Expertise 

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for food supermarket retail operations, including Merchandising (MD), Pricing, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Store Operations, and POS-related processes

  • Provide deep domain expertise for high‑volume, high‑SKU, multi‑store retail environments, including fresh food, daily products, prepared foods, and private‑label items

  • Translate existing business practices and operational constraints into structured SAP Retail requirements

2. Requirements Definition & To‑Be Process Design

  • Lead business requirement definition and clarification workshops with client stakeholders

  • Design To‑Be business processes aligned with real-world retail operations, not theoretical or idealized models

  • Ensure that To‑Be processes are executable at SKU level, store level, and daily operational cadence

  • Identify retail‑specific risks and operational impacts early in the design phase

3. SAP Retail Fit/Gap Analysis

  • Perform detailed Fit/Gap analysis for SAP IS‑Retail / SAP S/4HANA Retail

  • Evaluate SAP standard functionality against Japanese food retail business requirements

  • Clearly articulate gaps, constraints, and design trade‑offs, supporting informed decision‑making by the client

  • Recommend pragmatic solutions that balance standardization with operational feasibility

4. Retail Master Data Design

  • Design and structure core Retail master data

  • Define master data governance and usage rules considering SKU lifecycle, promotions, seasonality, and discontinuation

  • Ensure master design supports downstream processes such as replenishment, pricing, inventory, POS, and logistics

5. Replenishment, Pricing & Inventory Design Support

  • Define replenishment concepts suitable for automated or semi‑automated replenishment in food retail

  • Support pricing design, including frequent price changes, promotions, and store‑level execution

  • Validate inventory handling logic with consideration for high turnover, waste control, and stock‑out prevention

  • Review and align POS and WMS integration from a business consistency perspective

6. Cross‑Module & Downstream Phase Support

  • Support integration discussions with related SAP modules

    (MM, SD, SCM, Finance) from a retail business perspective

  • Provide business expertise during testing phases (unit, integration, UAT)

  • Support data migration validation with a focus on business correctness rather than technical completeness

  • Assist user training and change enablement activities by explaining SAP processes in retail business terms

Candidate Requirements

【Must-have】

  • Hands-on experience in SAP IS‑Retail or SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations
  • Deep knowledge of retail business operations, including: Merchandising (MD), Pricing, Replenishment, Inventory Management, and Store Operations
  • Proven experience leading requirements definition and business process design phases
  • Ability to design business processes with a strong understanding of real store‑level operations, not just system configuration
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex retail operations into SAP requirements
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written)

 

【Nice to Have】

  • Experience in SAP implementation projects for large‑scale supermarket / food retail enterprises
  • Practical understanding of high‑turnover retail categories such as fresh food, daily products, prepared foods, or private‑label itemsKnowledge of related retail systems, including POS, WMS, demand forecasting, and merchandise planning
  • Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA logistics modules(MM, SD, SCM) and their integration with SAP Retail
  • English proficiency to support global collaboration
