職務内容

• SAPの財務計画モジュール（SAP BPC、SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning、SAP S/4HANA Finance）の深い知識を提供し、エンタープライズサイズの顧客に対する支援を行います。
• 財務計画、予算編成、予測プロセスにおけるベストプラクティスを導入し、クライアントのビジネスニーズに合わせたシステム設計と実装を支援します。
• SAP財務計画ソリューション（SAP BPC、SACなど）の導入支援、プロセス改善、およびトレーニングを担当します。
• 財務計画プロセスに関する業務要件の収集、システム要件の定義、およびソリューション設計を行います。
• クライアントとの緊密な連携を通じて、SAP環境における財務計画の最適化に取り組みます。
• クライアントの要求に基づき、システムカスタマイズやプロジェクトマネジメントを実施し、計画されたスケジュール、予算、品質での納品を確実にします。
• プロジェクトの進捗管理やステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを担当し、問題解決に向けたアクションを推進します。

応募条件

必須要件 (Must-Have)

• SAPの財務計画モジュール（SAP BPC、SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning、SAP S/4HANA Finance）に関する深い知識と実務経験。
• エンタープライズ規模のプロジェクトでのSAPソリューション実装経験（特に財務計画、予算編成、予測の分野）。
• 財務計画、予算編成、予測業務に関する強い理解と実践的な経験。
• 日本語での業務遂行能力（ビジネスレベル / JLPTN2）、英語力（尚可）。
• クライアントの要件に基づいたシステム設計、要件定義、およびソリューション提案の経験。
• プロジェクト管理スキル（スケジュール管理、リソース管理、ステークホルダー管理）。
• SAP関連の認定資格（望ましい）。

尚可要件 (Nice-to-Have)

• グローバルプロジェクト経験、特に日本語と英語を使用した多国籍チームでの経験。
• 財務や会計の専門知識、特に会計基準（IFRS、JGAAPなど）に関する知識。
• SAP S/4HANA Financeの導入および運用経験。
• PMPやPrince2などのプロジェクトマネジメント資格。
• アジャイルおよびウォーターフォールなど、複数のプロジェクトマネジメント手法に精通。
• 強力なコミュニケーション能力と交渉力。

• 財務計画に関連する最先端の技術を活用し、効率的な予算編成や予測精度の向上を目指します。

Responsibilities

・Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Planning modules (SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, SAP S/4HANA Finance) and support enterprise-sized clients.
・Implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, assisting clients in system design and implementation tailored to their business needs.
・Assist in the implementation of SAP financial planning solutions (such as SAP BPC, SAC), process improvement, and training.
・Gather business requirements, define system requirements, and design solutions related to the financial planning process.
・Work closely with clients to optimize financial planning within the SAP environment.
・Customize systems and manage projects based on client requirements, ensuring delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality.
・Manage project progress and communicate with stakeholders, driving actions to resolve issues.

Requirements

Must-Have
・In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP Financial Planning modules (SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, SAP S/4HANA Finance).
・Experience in implementing SAP solutions in enterprise-scale projects (especially in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting).
・Strong understanding and hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
・Ability to perform tasks in Japanese (business level / JLPT N2) and proficiency in English (preferred).
・Experience in system design, requirement definition, and solution proposal based on client requirements.
・Project management skills (schedule management, resource management, stakeholder management).
・Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Have
・Experience in global projects, particularly in multinational teams using both Japanese and English.
・Expertise in finance and accounting, especially knowledge of accounting standards (such as IFRS, JGAAP).
・Experience in implementing and operating SAP S/4HANA Finance.
・Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
・Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
