Job Description
Role Overview
Capgemini Japan is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support internal communications and marketing activities. This role focuses on executing communication initiatives, supporting campaigns, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of internal communication initiatives, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations
- Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Create and manage content across digital channels such as web and social media
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, and business units) to support communication needs
- Support project coordination and track progress of key initiatives
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a Japanese corporate environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Language Requirements
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English
