Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned to lead and oversee development initiatives on the Guidewire ClaimCenter (GW-CC) platform within the Open Systems Application Development (OSA Dev) team under the Capacity Model. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise in insurance claims, and bilingual proficiency (Japanese JLPT N3/N2+) is a must have to manage cross-functional teams and client engagements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects on Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations.
- Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
- Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processes.
Language Skills:
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 / N2 level is a must have.
- Experience working in bilingual or multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter) are highly desirable.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
