Job Description
- Insurance System Analyst, with 10 + years of Experience in requirement gathering, system implementation coordination with dev teams.
- Analyse requirements, define functional specifications, configure business rules, and ensure optimized use of out-of-the-box functionalities to enhance insurance workflows.
- Proficiency in specific modules like Claim Center.
- Hands on experience with ticketing tool such a JIRA.
- Able to create design documents or understanding documents as necessary for dev team.
- Basic Japanese is Nice to Have. English business level is preferred.
- Knowledge on application design and Insurance Information Architecture is nice to have.
- Knowledge of using tools like JIRA, Confluence in good to have.
- Knowledge on UML, Business Process Modelling is Nice to have.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Must Have:
- GW-CC exp in mandatory
- Language: Japanese - Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Business needs for regular tasks.
- Document them and explain to Developers or other members from IT to carry them out.
- Involve in cross team discussions and regular Agile events.
- IT Teams will be mostly English speaking or in some cases bilingual.
- Conceptualize the solution framework. Set up review meetings for documents requiring approval
- Knowledge transition to development team for the proposed requirement
- Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive business solutions are implemented.
- Support daily, weekly, monthly and other regular jobs.
