We are now launching our Invent Japan office and actively seeking founding members. This new office will be a select and high-caliber consulting team, combining Capgemini Group’s extensive global expertise and network with leadership from top-tier consulting firms and experts from Invent Global.

Data & AI Expert - Consultant to Manager (Japan)

We are seeking founding members of Capgemini Invent Japan. As a Data & AI expert, you will shape the future of data-driven enterprises by leading with creativity, purpose, and commercial acumen. You’ll architect transformative journeys for our clients—grounded in deep business understanding and powered by purposeful technology.  In this role, you’ll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of corporate data utilization and AI adoption strategies
• Business enhancement using Generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics
• Large-scale data analysis, model development, and implementation of AI solutions
• Collaboration with global teams

Your Profile

• Practical Data/AI-related experience in a consulting firm or corporate environment
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced AI domains such as machine learning, statistical modeling, generative AI, natural language processing, or computer vision
• Experience in building data platforms, ELT processes, or BI tools
• Overseas work or project experience
